Online Course Access and Sharing Policy - Terms of Service

At Nevada Alliance for Student Diversity, we provide high-quality online educational experiences designed and priced on a per-person basis.

Account & Course Enrollments

Each user must have a unique student account for course enrollment. To ensure a personalized and seamless learning experience, an account can be enrolled in one course at a time.

Sharing of Login Credentials

Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. It not only infringes on our intellectual property rights but also disrupts the course progress tracking specific to each individual user. The system automatically saves the course progress of the most recent user, which overwrites the progress of any prior users accessing through the same account. This ensures that the course content will resume from the point where the last user left off, further deterring account sharing. Our course platform provides us a sign-in count and unique device ID whenever a participant accesses the content, allowing us to identify and address any unusual login activities.

Certificates

Upon successful conclusion of the course, participants are presented with a certificate of completion. Note that each account is eligible to claim one certificate per course. This system prevents the claiming of multiple certificates through the same account by different individuals.

By enrolling in our courses, users acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms of service. Violations of these terms could lead to actions including, but not limited to, revocation of course access.

Unauthorized Public Sharing

Our online course content, including videos, is exclusively for the individual use of the enrolled student. Any form of public display or sharing, including but not limited to broadcasting, duplicating, or distributing the course videos or downloadable supplementary materials is strictly prohibited. This applies to all online and offline platforms, irrespective of whether they are accessible to a public or private audience.

The unauthorized sharing of content not only constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights but also undermines the learning experience we strive to provide for each of our students. We rely on the revenue from course purchases to fund our programming, and unauthorized sharing negatively impacts this.

Any instances of unauthorized sharing will be considered a serious breach of our terms of service. This may result in immediate suspension or termination of course access and could potentially lead to legal action.

We sincerely thank you for respecting these policies and for your continued support of Nevada Alliance for Student Diversity's mission.
